4 Things You Need To Do on a Daily Basis To Improve Your Confidence

I’ve been doing some research, experiments and tracking down my confidence ups and downs. I’ve found that several activities that I do on a daily basis have changed my life in a good way. My confidence is increasingly so fast this past few months. It’s been quite a journey, but everything that I’ve been working on is actually starting to show up. My confidence levels have been improving and I’m still learning new things about myself every day.

That’s why today, I’ll be sharing with you 4 things that you can start doing TODAY. These things can take from 3 to 6 minutes each. In total it will be 20 to 30 minutes. It all depends on the effort that you put in it. I know some of you may not have the time to do this daily, but 30 minutes of your daily time is not a big number at all. I know that everyone somehow can make the time to do these things. I truly recommend doing this for at least 21 days, this way you can start making it a habit and eventually you’ll start doing this unconsciously.

1. Start Your Day With Some Affirmations

Words are such powerful tools that can help us boost our confidence. By using some affirmations or positive quotes, you can start attracting all of those things. If you don’t know what affirmations are, check these examples:

  • “I am so worthy”
  • “I am capable of doing everything I want to do”
  • “I am an incredible and successful person”
  • “I can reach all my goals today, tomorrow and always”

Those are a few examples of what you can say to yourself every morning. You don’t need hours to do this, while you are brushing your teeth or combing your hair, you can start saying or even listening to those things. If you feel like you cannot get any ideas. Look out for some affirmations online and let Siri read them to you, or you can search for some YouTube videos that are related to the Law of Attraction and Affirmations, and use them instead.

2. Use Clothing Items That Make You Feel Good

Some people use fashion as a way of expression. Some just use clothes because it is needed. But, how do you feel when you’re using some clothing item that you love? I might think that you feel good, empowered, beautiful, handsome, and that’s what matters. If you feel comfortable with the way you look, then you’ll feel good with your inner self too.

Try to find the outfits, color palette, and staple pieces that make you feel good on your own skin. I know I mention Pinterest a lot, but this app is a true inspo generator. Use social media apps in your advantage. Create those inspiring boards and start creating your personal style that helps you embrace your body and that boosts your confidence. 3. Write Down All of Those Things That You Love About Yourself

Finding the things that we love about ourselves can be challenging. But when you start to practice it, you’ll get the game of it. Take 5 minutes to write the things that come to your mind that you love about yourself. It can be 2 to 3 things each day. At the end of the week, you’ll realize that those little things will start to increase in number.Β When you’re not expecting it at all, you’ll be writing easily all of those positive things about yourself. Your confidence and self-esteem will improve significantly.

4. Find 5 Things That You Are Grateful For Today

Being grateful for the things that you have in this exact moment can make a huge difference in the way you see your life. Sometimes we are just to busy wondering about what would happen tomorrow or thinking about the things we did on the past. And we need to stop, we need to lie on the present and yeah sometimes it is important to plan things for the future. But our time is right now, we need to make sure that we say those words of love and positivity to the people that surround us. We need to take the time to be grateful for what we have. Cause there’s a saying “You don’t know what you have until you lose it.

  1. the practice of gratitude is a huge thing and i know it may sound repetitive but it is really important. even though this may sound dark, i remember hearing someone say “Bad things do not discriminate” meaning bad things can happen to anyone so don’t live just thinking you will do it another day.
